The Role
We are looking for a visionary engineer with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based architectures. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems, ensuring performance, safety, and ethical alignment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable LLM architectures tailored for complex reasoning tasks.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs through advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Lead the integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, testing, and monitoring in production environments.
- Drive research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, such as multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and LLM training methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
