Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision architectures.
- System Architecture: Design scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data with high throughput and low latency.
- Optimization: Engineer efficient algorithms to optimize model performance, reduce computational costs, and improve inference speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI deployment, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all AI outputs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or deploying impactful AI products.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and think creatively about novel solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
