Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for real-time inference.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, including LLM integration and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize existing algorithms for reduced latency and higher accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
