Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring our technology stack remains ahead of industry standards by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Drive the development and deployment of advanced models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
