Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure models are production-ready, monitored, and continuously improved.
- Data Strategy: Partner with data engineering teams to curate high-quality datasets and implement robust data governance practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive projects from concept to completion.
