Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and robustness.
