Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models (LLMs) with a focus on performance and cost-efficiency.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
