Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to architect the next generation of intelligent systems. As we look ahead to 2026, Nexus Dynamics is building the infrastructure that will define the future of Generative AI and automated intelligence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software. You will lead the design of scalable machine learning pipelines, optimize large language models (LLMs), and integrate AI agents into our core product ecosystem.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with artificial intelligence and want to build tools that shape the future, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production environments.
- Lead the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data visualization tools (TensorBoard, Matplotlib) and A/B testing frameworks.
