Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize advanced machine learning algorithms and deep learning models for production deployment.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and architectural strategies.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Research and prototype new AI techniques to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
