Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from prototype to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones
- Optimize model performance through advanced algorithm development and hyperparameter tuning

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing production-grade ML systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, neural networks, and NLP/CV
- Proven track record of deploying ML solutions at scale
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
