Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models at scale using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives focused on next-gen AI architectures, exploring areas like Quantum-ML integration and edge computing.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models (LLMs, Transformers) for specific niche applications to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to translate technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed production models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Specialization: Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
