Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) to power our next-generation products.
- Optimization: Lead efforts in model optimization, inference acceleration, and resource efficiency to ensure high-performance systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar data science role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Specialization: Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex issues and optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
