Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product architecture for our 2026 AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI models (LLMs, GenAI, predictive analytics) for integration into our core product suite.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI deployment, data governance, and security.
- Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineering staff.
- Present roadmap updates and technical strategies to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product architecture or technical product management.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully launching scalable, enterprise-grade software products.
- Strong programming background in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
