Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with both classical and quantum computing environments.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the 2026 technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and advising leadership on strategic investments.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models for enterprise-grade performance and security.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with data scientists, quantum researchers, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable software.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of mid-to-senior engineers, ensuring code quality, architectural integrity, and adherence to best practices.
- Performance Engineering: Proactively identify bottlenecks in latency and throughput, implementing solutions that scale with user demand.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithmic efficiency.
