Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for practical applications in machine learning and cryptography.

- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture planning, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing (e.g., NISQ devices, quantum error correction) and implement innovative approaches.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Python and C++.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and data structures.
