Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 5-year technical roadmap for AI and quantum integration.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a specific focus on quantum computing or advanced algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and scalability.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum frameworks like Qiskit.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
