Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines designed for the 2026 roadmap, integrating quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural network models, focusing on optimization and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and data scientists to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and security.
- Optimize existing system architectures to support high-throughput data processing and real-time inference.
- Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to inform strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
