- Lead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Design, train, and fine-tune complex neural networks to solve unsolved problems in natural language processing.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to the open-source community.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
