- Lead code reviews, architecture design, and mentorship for junior researchers and engineers.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and responsible deployment practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
