Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the research vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate novel algorithms and technical hypotheses before full-scale production.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-centric products.
- Publication: Author and present high-quality research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) to establish industry thought leadership.

Qualifications
