Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure and systems architecture for next-generation products.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 suite of products, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design complex distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical innovation.
