Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and LLMs into production environments using cloud-native infrastructure.
- Optimization: Fine-tune models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency to ensure high-throughput inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership across the AI engineering department.
- System Architecture: Design robust data pipelines and API gateways to support real-time AI applications.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and generative models to innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and RESTful API development.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of MLOps, data architecture, and large-scale system design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
