- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic planning process for our AI product suite, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics to drive competitive advantage.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring milestones are met with precision and innovation.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and data scientists to build world-class AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-stakes projects and budget allocations.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring security, privacy, and performance standards are met.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions and research papers to keep our technology stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
