Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate technological shifts and regulatory changes affecting the AI landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Engage with industry thought leaders, academia, and potential partners to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible deployment of technologies.
- Present strategic insights and roadmaps to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Technical Leadership within the AI/ML sector.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (3-5 year) product strategies with a specific focus on future trends.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and emerging AI paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M and leading teams of 20+ people.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
