Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning advancements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with high potential for commercial impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for next-generation AI solutions.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
- Establish metrics for measuring the success and ROI of strategic technology initiatives.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of strategy analysts and technical consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a strategic technology role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and long-term strategic plans.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics technologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future market shifts.
