Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and AI agents for production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) for specific industry verticals, focusing on accuracy and latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including Multimodal AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Infrastructure: Manage the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and training to model serving and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using MLOps practices.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
