Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee code quality, performance, and security standards across the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineering teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) to drive innovation.
- Drive technical debt reduction and system modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
