Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- System Design: Create robust technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints that leverage cloud-native technologies, microservices, and edge computing.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural proposals, and enforce best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and low latency.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
