Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Year 2026 core platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee system performance tuning, database optimization, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural capacity.
- Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
