Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive requirements
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Validate system functionality through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or manufacturing
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
