Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process optimization projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps and requirements artifacts
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business needs across departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
