Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across departments to align on project objectives
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Manage JIRA tickets and sprint planning for cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering in regulated industries
