Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design comprehensive process maps, wireframes, and user stories to guide the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across all project participants.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
