Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and prioritize product backlog items
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (JAD, user stories, use cases)
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record delivering data-driven solutions in regulated industries
