Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop KPI dashboards and data visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Lead JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Document As-Is/To-Be workflows and create process improvement recommendations
- Facilitate requirements workshops with executive stakeholders
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed system enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA
- Advanced SQL skills with data modeling experience
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with API integration and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
