In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, analyze business processes, and ensure our software solutions align perfectly with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and project goals.
- Analyze current business processes and develop detailed process maps and workflow documentation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and current system capabilities.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases cover all business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
