Responsibilities

- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate QA testing protocols
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using industry-standard tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
