Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems

- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training on new systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
