Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities using SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models using Lucidchart and Visio
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document specifications in clear, actionable formats
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards using Tableau to track project success metrics
- Maintain stakeholder communication through regular status reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for enterprise applications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating complex BA deliverables required
