Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights across departments
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Create detailed wireframes, flowcharts, and documentation for development teams
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with API integration and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
