Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution compliance with business needs
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven optimization strategies
- Maintain and enhance business intelligence dashboards for real-time insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and business process modeling
- Experience in retail or fintech industries highly desirable
