Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and BI platforms
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead cross-functional workshops to validate solutions and drive consensus among diverse teams
- Develop comprehensive business cases with ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps
- Maintain detailed process documentation and UML diagrams for system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience documenting requirements in UML, user stories, and process flows
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
