Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data visualization tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and document requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the BA representative
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix for compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum
- Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
