Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process flow diagrams using Visio/BPMN
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validate solution efficacy
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
