Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams to define project scope
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, and user story mapping
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
