Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance monitoring systems
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
