- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features
- Present findings to executive leadership using data-driven visualizations and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 5+ years of BA experience
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex business needs into technical specifications
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
