Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies using SQL, Power BI, and process mining
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA backlogs with clear prioritization frameworks
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track project success and ROI
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in business analysis methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement documentation and process optimization
