Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using UML diagrams and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Power BI to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across C-suite to align on project deliverables
- Document and optimize end-to-end business processes using Visio and Lucidchart
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate system solutions through UAT and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/SOX)
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain knowledge repositories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using IEEE 830 standards
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful process optimization projects
