- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with sprint goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and API integrations
